the PUMP philosophy

Salam,

How's every one doing, welcome to another blog, this blog is particularly for the athletes or gym geeks, so let's start the first informative blog,

So, when you hear the word pump, what comes to your mind, movement ? energy ? strength ? or maybe all,

the term PUMP in body building defines the swelling you feel or observe after an intense work on some particular muscle when the blood rushes to your muscles during a workout, having a crazy pump always feel good, the result right after the hard work must always be appreciated, besides the good feeling, the pump also assists in the muscle growth by different means including the stretching of muscle tissues, if you notice you could actually feel the fibres stretching, looks aesthetic and cool at the same time,

the stretched fibres and pumped up chest

following things could help in the muscle pump,

1. INTENSE SPECIAL SET:
1a) Drop set: dropping the weight from 25% to 50% after your regular set would help you get the pump you demand, going to the max numbers of reps would help more,
1b) Some people also use the 'increaing weights' technique to make the pump visible but it is preferred for newbies to not try until the muscle and weights are balanced according to your mental and physical sense, that will develop only by practising and maintaining the regularity.
2. HOLDING UP:
This method is not that famous in most people, but it actually works, you just have to hold the particular muscle for 5-10 secs and the blood flow will do the rest.

3. HYDRATION:
Water always helps in every mean of daily routine life same is in workout whether you're working in gym for muscle building or on court playing basketball or any other sports, the maintained water level in your body helps you regain the form whenever it is dropping.

With the hope that the blog would be helpful to you, will meet you next time. ✋
